Tuparent 3148048-1 (hereinafter online store) sells services and products to individuals and companies. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.

The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee by the due date or the so-called for express bookings the full final payment.

Payment and payment methods

E-commerce is used as a payment method bank transfer The invoice will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer. When booking, the customer must pay at least the booking fee (20% of the rental price) in the online bank. If the interval between the start of the booking and the making of the booking is short, the full rental price is required. 

The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Delivery methods

The services ordered from the online store will be delivered to the destination where they have been defined in the online store in connection with the products to be ordered.

Delivery costs depend on the selected product or service and any additional services. You will see the delivery costs in the e-commerce checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.

If a product or service is defective or defective, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days to the online store.  

Complaints

Prior to delivery, the order can be canceled by written notice by e-mail.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Cancellations 

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email to contact person. The cancellation is considered to have taken place when the information has arrived in the contact person's email. If the cancellation is made due to the cause of own or a relative's illness, accident, etc., the customer is entitled to a refund of the reservation, except for the reservation fee. The landlord has the right to demand a medical certificate or other reliable explanation of the reason for the cancellation.

In case of force majeure, the landlord can cancel the reservation. The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the landlord.

 - cottages 

If the customer cancels the booking, the booking fee will not be refunded. ,the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • The cancellation fee is 50% of the booking amount if the accommodation is canceled more than 30 days before the start of the booking.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the booking, the booking amount will not be refunded.

 - apartments 

If the customer cancels the booking ,the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • If canceled less than 1 day before the start of the booking, the booking amount will not be refunded.

 

Prices

The prices of our online store are marked in euros. We reserve the right to change prices. Prices include VAT according to the prevailing tax rate.

Other info related rental properties

The object to be rented is available to the customer on the day of arrival at 4 pm onwards, unless otherwise agreed. The day of departure is no later than 12 noon (resorts) or 11 am (apartments) on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The number of people stated in the booking must be used. Festivals where the number of people visiting the destination is exceeded must be agreed in advance.

Use of furniture, appliances, cooking and eating utensils, as well as mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rent. In addition to this, the use of electricity and water within normal limits. Washing cars or using your own lots, etc. is not allowed without a separate agreement. Firewood and cleaning of the apartment are included in the price. Charging of electric vehicles without separate agreement is not permitted.

At cottages- use of boat is free of charge. Also - linen, towels or final cleaning are not included in the rent, unless rented separately. The customer takes care of the cleaning of the resort during their stay. The apartment rent includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning. At the apartments, linen, towels and final cleaning is included in the price. 

When the resort is located in a rural area, the customer should understand that momentary power outages may occur due to snow loads, line disturbances or storms.

The customer is responsible for any damage to the property.
