Terms of delivery.

1. Terms of delivery

Tuparent 3148048-1 (hereinafter referred to as an online store, seller or company) sells products and services to individuals and companies. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. Product prices include VAT.

3. Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart or requesting a quote for the product/service for sale. The order will be paid in the cashier's cashier's office or by paying an invoice submitted to the email. When placing the order, you accept these shipping terms, product prices and shipping costs.

An order confirmation and/or invoice will be sent to the email address given at the time of ordering. It shows the products ordered and their price.

The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid the reservation fee by the due date or the entire final payment.

4. Payment and payment methods

The e -commerce payment method is bank transfe or credit card The invoice is sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer.

When reserving a vacation apartment, the customer must first pay the reservation fee (20% of the rental price) in the online bank. If the time between the start of the reservation and the making of the reservation is short, the condition is that the entire reservation must be paid. In the apartment, the reservation fee is paid in full at the time of booking.

The transaction is created between the customer and the seller. The seller is responsible for all the obligations related to the transaction.

5. Delivery methods

Ordered services/products are delivered to the site where they are defined in connection with the products to be ordered.

Shipping costs are determined by the selected product or service and any additional services. You will see shipping costs in the cashier or invoice breakdown of the e -commerce before the final approval of the order.

If the product or service is incorrect or lacking, this must be notified without delay, but no later than 14 days to the seller.  

6. Complaints

Before delivery of the order, the order can be canceled by written notification by email to the seller.

The seller has a statutory defect on the products/services sold. In cases of complaints, we ask to contact our liaison. The consumer has the right to bring any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

7. Cancellations 

Cancellation must always be made in writing by email to contact person. The cancellation is considered to have taken place when the information has arrived in the contact person's email. If the cancellation is made for your own or a close relative sickness, accident, etc. customer is entitled to receive their reservation payment, except for the booking fee. For the cancellation, the seller shall have the right to claim a medical certificate or other reliable statement of the reason for the cancellation.

In the case of an overwhelming barrier (force majeure), the seller may cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer is entitled to receive the amount paid to the seller entirely.

 7.1 Holiday apartments and cottages

If a customer cancel the reservation, the reservation (typically 20% of the whole payment) fee will not be refunded.

If the booking is canceled later than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the payments made by the customer will not be refunded at all.

7.2 Apartments 

If the customer cancels the booking 20% osuus maksusta pidätetään.

8. Prices

The prices of our online store are marked in euros. We reserve the right to change prices. Prices include VAT according to the prevailing tax rate.

9. Other info related rental properties

The item to be rented is available to the customer as follows:

9.1 Check-in (unless otherwise agreed);

- Lähderinne Puolanka at 4 pm 

- Yllästar at 6 PM  

- Heikinkatu at 4 PM

9.2 Kohteen luovutus on lähtöpäivänä (unless otherwise agreed);;

- Lähderinne at 12 noon

- Yllästar at 10 AM 

- Heikinkatu at 11 AM 

9.3 Persons

The apartment(s) may be used by the number of persons reported when making the reservation. 

9.4 Parties

The arrangement of the party where the number of people visiting the site must be agreed in advance.

9.5 Contents 

The use of furniture, household appliances, cooking and cutlery, mattresses, blankets and pillows is included. In addition, the use of electricity and water within normal limits. Washing cars or using your own lots, etc., is not allowed without a separate contract. Firewood and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies in the apartment are included. Charging electric vehicles without separate agreement is not allowed.

At Lähderinne- use of boat is free of charge.

Lähderinne - linen, towels and final cleaning are not included unless they have been rented separately. Cleaning the resort during the holiday during the holiday, the customer takes care of themselves. 

Heikinkatu and Yllästar rent includes linen, towels and final cleaning. 

Note!Since the resorts are located in a rural area, the customer should understand that momentary power outages may occur due to snow loads, line disturbances or storms.

9.6 Damages

The customer is responsible for the damage caused to the site and has an obligation to report the damage detected.
