Tuparent 3148048-1 (hereinafter online store) sells services and products to individuals and companies. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.

The booking of a holiday home is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) by the due date or the booking fee and the final payment in one go. 

 Payment and payment methods

Visma Pay is thepayment intermediary for the online store (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallet, payment cards (credit / debit), invoice or installment. In payment transactions related to the booking of a holiday home, the payment method Bank Transfer is also used .Bank Transfer (pankkisiirto) is sent for the e-commerce account indicated on the invoice sent by the e-commerce to the e-mail. When booking a holiday home, the customer must pay a booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) in connection with the online banking. 

The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Delivery methods

The services ordered from the online store will be delivered to the destination where they have been defined in the online store in connection with the products to be ordered.  

Delivery costs depend on the selected product or service and any additional services. You will see the delivery costs in the e-commerce checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.

If a product or service is defective or defective, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days to the online store.  


Prior to delivery, the order can be canceled by written notice by e-mail.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.


Cancellations must always be made in writing by email to contact person. The cancellation is considered to have taken place when the information has arrived in the contact person's email.

If the customer cancels the booking, the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • The cancellation fee is 50% of the booking amount if the accommodation is canceled more than 30 days before the start of the booking.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the booking, the booking amount will not be refunded.

If the cancellation is made due to the cause of own or a relative's illness, accident, etc., the customer is entitled to a refund of the reservation, except for the reservation fee. The landlord has the right to demand a medical certificate or other reliable explanation of the reason for the cancellation.

In case of force majeure, the landlord can cancel the reservation. The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the landlord.


The prices of our online store are marked in euros. We reserve the right to change prices. Prices include VAT according to the prevailing tax rate.


The holiday destination is available to the customer on the day of arrival at 4 pm onwards, unless otherwise agreed. The handover of the destination is no later than 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The resort may be used by the number of people stated at the time of booking. Arrangements for parties exceeding the number of people visiting must be agreed in advance.

Use of furniture, appliances, cooking and eating utensils, as well as mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rent. In addition to this, the use of electricity and water within normal limits. Washing cars or using your own lots, etc. is not allowed without a separate agreement. Firewood and cleaning of the apartment are included in the price. Charging of electric vehicles without separate agreement is not permitted.

Free use of the rowing boat is included in the price. Linen, towels or final cleaning are not included in the rent, unless purchased separately. The cleaning of the resort during the stay is taken care of by the customer. 

Since the site is located in a rural area, the customer should understand that momentary power outages may occur due to snow loads or storms.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused at the resort.
