RENOVATED STUDIO IN THE CENTER OF OULU
Elegantly renovated 24 m² studio apartment with new furniture in the center of Oulu in a small single-staircase condominium. It is only a 2-minute walk from Oulu Train Station, and the nearest shops are less than a few hundred meters away.
The living room has a plush double bed measuring 160 × 200. The sofa bed converts into a 140 × 200 double bed that can also sleep two adults.
There is free 200-megabyte Wifi connected to the smart TV, so you can watch various streaming services with your own ID.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If you wish to continue booking before or after your booking, we will usually be able to arrange additional hours, but please contact us in advance to check availability. The price for extra hours is only 10 € / hour.
We use an intelligent key box, so key collection is easy in the immediate vicinity of the destination without waiting or passing. There is no fixed parking space in the yard, but there are several parking garages and time-limited spaces (free in the evenings and on Sundays) nearby.
The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer.
The living room has a bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and four chairs.
In addition to the toilet seat, the bathroom has a shower, bidet, mirror cabinet and hairdryer.
Beds for a maximum of four people.

In the area there are parking garages as well as roadside parking.
Pets are allowed when agreed separately.
Two K-markets about 400-500 meters away. The distance to Raksila's supermarkets (Citymarket, Prisma, Alko, Apteekki) is about 700m.
There are several restaurants and services on Rautatienkatu (approx. 200 m).
Walk to downtown about 3-4 minutes.
